ASSIST Lite together with the AMIGO ACFM instrument provides complete instrument control, data collection and analysis for standard and array ACFM probes up to a maximum of three rows. It is compatible with other software from the ASSIST family of products requiring no re-training.

ASSIST Lite Sizing Features ASSIST Lite supports ACFM array sizing and analysis via a simple interface, for example, Software zoom and ranging facilities using mouse selection and scroll bars for closer defect analysis. Individual sensor display on/off buttons, with clear coloured tick/cross symbols. Support for encoder weld probes for inspection of multiple regions at the same time (e.g. weld toe+cap+HAZ), including defect length estimation. Automatic defect length estimation for encoder-based ACFM probes.

ASSIST Lite

ASSIST Lite has all applicable functionality provided by the full ASSIST package and,

• Is limited to ACFM array probes with a maximum of three rows.

Standard Features

Many other features come as standard with the ASSIST family of software.

• Automatically controlling & configuring AMIGO instrument operation.
• Defect indications are shown visually relative to the inspection path.
• Crack sizing produces both length and depth results.
• Totally automated saving of inspection data and results for audit and review.
