AMIGO probes are available to cover a wide range of common weld configurations and geometries.

The following three categories of ACFM probe types are available for the AMIGO.

Single Sensor Probes

These give fast operation and are designed for application areas where defect orientations run parallel to the inspection path such as weld edges.

High Temperature Probes

For environments where temperatures are permanently high, these probes have heat resistant bodies and long handles to reduce the risk to the operator.

Underwater Probes

The underwater probes used with the U31 instrument can also be used with the AMIGO instrument. This can be achieved by using a long cable (up to 50m).
