This section of the TSC website is designed to help resolve any product issues that may occur. If you are experiencing problems with your TSC hardware read the appropriate FAQ's for the hardware concerned. If these do not resolve the problem there is Diagnosis software available for certain instruments to help diagnose faults and either aid you in fixing the problem or provide detailed information for a TSC engineer to further investigate. If the problem is more specific and not covered by these methods then a support enquiry form should be filled in and a TSC engineer will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
