Introduction

TSC's technology is marketed as TSC StressProbe. A Typical TSC StressProbe system comprises a StressProbe Instrument, a measuring probe and a laptop which controls the system and records processes and displays the data.

Probe Technology

The measurement probes are a key part of the system and, although based on core technology, tend to vary depending on the application.

All probes contain at least one AC Field induction system and a field sensor.

More complex probes contain multiple field, multiple sensors and a demagnetisation head.

StressProbe Package

Whilst TSC have a standard range of StressProbe Instruments, it is normal to develop probes and procedures for the particular application.

TSC generally develop a solution package that best meets clients' needs, establishing application specific operating procedures and providing training for use of the system prior to completion of the delivered system.
