TSC Inspection Systems
provide a variety of accessories to cover all our products. The
range includes, but is not limited to the following:
Computers
and Peripherals
TSC provide rugged portable
laptop systems for use with all products. We can also recommend
and advise on complete systems and peripherals beneficial to ACFM
systems, including data transfer, storage media, port adapters and
more.
Spare battery packs are
available for all laptop systems provided by TSC. We recommend
that to take full advantage of the AMIGO's enhanced battery life, laptop
computers are equipped with additional batteries, thus
allowing
extended periods on site with no requirement for localised mains
power.
Function
Test Plates
ACFM equipment does not
require calibration, however equipment function checks are normally
carried out prior to inspection. These are carried out using a test
plate of the appropriate material containing EDM notches of known
dimensions.
TSC supply lightweight
test plates with all new systems for use with probes that are factory
configured for ferritic steel. Plates can be supplied
in other
materials, for
example duplex, titanium, stainless steel, on request.
Cases
To provide ultimate protection
for your equipment TSC recommend the use of Peli Cases. New equipment
is provided with a customised case.
Spare cases are available
for complete systems, and can also be provided for transit and
storage of individual specialist probes as well as standard probe
collections.
These cases are invaluable for protection and use in harsh environments
such as offshore or international transport.
Standard flight cases
are also available and can be tailored to any requirement.
Cables
and Cable Management
Various cable reels are
available for surface and underwater cable systems between 20 metres
and 150 metres length. Management systems can also be developed
for longer cable lengths if required.
In addition to the standard
range of cables, TSC also offer custom made solutions, including
probe and communication cable extensions and armoured cables.
Spares
Comprehensive spare parts
kits and individual items are available for all TSC products. We
are able to tailor make full and comprehensive site kits in custom
cases for use by clients working in remote locations. We advise
upon kit contents on an individual basis.
Power
Power cables can be provided
with any type of connection, including offshore standard and international.
Additional AMIGO battery
packs for extended site use are also available.
