ACpd Probes Types The following probes are currently available for the MK IV ACPD instrument.
Probes can be made with tip spacing between 2.5mm and 20mm with quickly detachable probe tips which can be sharply pointed for rough surface inspection or rounded for high quality surfaces. Probes are available for underwater use, for high temperature use to resist radiation as well as service and laboratory environments. Probes can be manufactured for virtually any geometry and have been successfully developed for the inspection of threads, turbine blade roots and internal bores. The multiplexer option on the MK IV ACPD instrument supports the use of array probes to allow automated crack profile mapping and crack growth monitoring. ACPD Measurement / Probes / Types 1 2 Next |
